We read it, reply within one business day, and propose a time for a free 30-minute consultation. We ask about your business, the state of your books, and what's actually slowing you down, and then recommend the services that fit.
If you decide to move forward, we send a clear flat-rate proposal in writing and a short onboarding checklist. Most new clients are fully onboarded — accounts connected, prior data imported, first month reconciled — within two to four weeks. If your books need cleanup first, we factor that in as a one-time project up front so there are no surprises.
We work with small businesses across Maine and the surrounding area — from Portland and South Portland to Bangor, and from the Lakes Region to the coast — and most of our work happens remotely through secure software tools. You do not need to be local to Bridgton to be a client.
